ST-PM200 Disc Mill, <100 µm (CAT#: STEM-AL-3578-ZJF)

ST-PM200 is a disc mill designed for pre-crushing and fine grinding of medium-hard, hard, and brittle solids. Sample material enters the center of the grinding chamber. Pressure and friction act between one rotating disc and one fixed disc. The disc teeth first reduce coarse particles near the center. Material then moves toward the outer edge for finer size reduction. Processed material falls through the adjustable disc gap into the collection container. Gap adjustment provides control over the final particle size. The opening grinding chamber supports cleaning and contamination control. The mill provides repeatable sample reduction within the stated feed and gap ranges.
