Description

The φ200×75 smooth double-roll crusher is a laboratory machine for medium and fine crushing of mineral samples. It is suitable for ores, rocks, coal, and comparable materials with compressive strength below 150 MPa. The machine uses two smooth rollers that rotate toward each other at different speeds. Material enters tangentially through the feed opening and moves into the crushing chamber. Compression between the rotating rollers reduces the sample to the selected particle size. The adjustable discharge range supports output sizes from 0.1 to 3 mm. A maximum feed particle size of 13 mm is accepted. The compact design is suitable for coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building-material laboratories. Its 300 kg/h rated throughput supports routine sample preparation and small-scale process testing.
