ST-E100 is a jaw crusher designed for rapid coarse crushing and pre-reduction of solid laboratory samples. It handles brittle, hard, medium-hard, and tough materials. Sample enters the wedge-shaped chamber between two crushing jaws. Jaw movement compresses the material until particles pass through the selected gap. The adjustable jaw spacing controls the discharged particle size. Zero calibration compensates for wear where specified. Alternative jaw materials allow selection according to sample and contamination requirements. The hopper and collection arrangement support controlled feeding and discharge. The crusher provides repeatable pre-reduction within the stated feed and gap ranges.
