Description

This strong anion-exchange chromatography medium is designed for capture, intermediate purification, and polishing applications. It uses a polymethyl methacrylate matrix with a hydrophilic surface modification. Quaternary amine groups provide strong anion-exchange functionality. The 80 µm particles support high flow and stable packed-bed operation. A 1000 Å pore structure accommodates antibodies, proteins, peptides, nucleic acids, viruses, and insulin. The rigid polymeric matrix provides strong mechanical stability and low compression. Low nonspecific adsorption supports product recovery and reproducible purification. The medium tolerates acids, bases, and the listed organic solvents during compatible process operations.
