The Sakura Tissue-Tek® DRS 601 slide stainer is designed for time saving and economical operation. The versatile Sakura slide dyeing machine can also be adapted to a wide variety of dyeing applications. Using a user-friendly microprocessor, the DRS 601 system allows the user to facilitate up to 16 different programs, with easy identification of solutions by name and concentration. Special labeling features facilitate reagent identification.

Dyeing up to 60 slices per cycle, the Sakura DRS 601 dyeing machine has a compact design to maximize the use of space, while the plastic staining tank eliminates breakage. Removable trays provide quick solution changes and tray exchange allows for different staining procedures. The basket design also reduces cross-contamination and carryover.

The flexible Sakura Tissue-Tek® DRS 601 slide stainer is also compatible with cover clamps, using the same basket as the Sakura TissueTek film cover clamps for staining and cover clamps. Additional features of the Sakura DRS 601 slide stainer include quality control procedures and reagent usage monitoring.
