The Recombinant Human HSA Protein manufactured by Seafrom is suitable for cell culture, research, and various experimental applications. Recombinant Human Serum Albumin (Human HSA) is a single-chain, non-glycosylated protein composed of 585 amino acid residues. The mRNA for HSA consists of 2078 nucleotides. Recombinant Human Serum Albumin is widely used and possesses many important physiological characteristics. Human HSA expressed using CHO cells as the host has been purified using improved purification techniques, and structural analysis has shown that it is nearly identical to human plasma albumin. Clinical research results indicate that recombinant human serum albumin has nearly the same efficacy and safety as human plasma albumin. If further dilution is required, it is recommended to dilute with injection-grade water, saline, culture medium, or PBS. After dilution, it is advisable to maintain a concentration of 1 mg/mL or higher. Once diluted, it can be stored at -20°C for 6 months or at -80°C for 12 months.
