The Recombinant Human CD38 (His Tag) manufactured by Yisheng is suitable for targeting CD38-positive cells in research and therapy.
CD38, also known as ADP-ribosyl cyclase, is a Type II integral membrane protein that transforms NAD(P)+ into three different products with calcium mobilizing ability: cyclic ADP-ribose, NAADP+, and ADP-ribose. CD38 is expressed in B and T lymphocytes, osteoclasts, and in cardiac, pancreatic, liver, and kidney cells. It modulates calcium-mediated signal transduction in various cell types, including neutrophils and pancreatic beta cells.

Source: Recombinant Human CD38 Protein is expressed from HEK293 Cells with His tag at the C-terminal. It contains Val43-Ile300.
Molecular Weight: The protein has a predicted MW of 30.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-58 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.
Purity: > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Activity: 1.ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD38, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-CD38 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 28ng/ml determined by ELISA.
2.SPR Data: Anti-CD38 Antibody captured on Protein A chip, can bind Human CD38, His Tag with an affinity constant of 0.23μM as determined in a SPR assay.
Endotoxin: < 1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
Reconstitution: Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended (usually we use 1 mg/mL solution for lyophilization). Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
