Description

This PTFE crescent stirring paddle is an accessory for electric overhead stirring equipment. A stainless-steel core reinforces the shaft beneath the PTFE covering. The hinged blade design simplifies insertion into containers with small openings. Its crescent profile is suited to vessels with rounded or curved bottoms. The paddle generates axial circulation during medium-speed operation. It is intended for low- and medium-viscosity samples. The PTFE surface is chemically inert toward most common laboratory reagents and solvents. It is also nonadherent, weather resistant, and suitable for temperatures up to 280°C.
