The innovative Prep Multi-Sample Homogenizer supports the simultaneous homogenization of up to 6 samples in a single process in 1.5 mL to 50 mL sample tubes. The Omni Prep microprocessor control allows the user to program time and speed, and process for 10 minutes at a variable speed of 30,000 rpm. The oscillating sample holder simulates manual homogenization by transitioning the generator probe into the entire test tube volume to ensure complete homogenization. OmniPrep has whisper drive technology. The Omni Prep with a 150-watt brushless motor is actually maintenance-free, and it is also excellent in operation. Using whisper drive technology, the motor can maintain the processing speed at +/- 1% to ensure the reproducibility and accuracy of all samples, regardless of fluctuations in sample size and viscosity. Omni Prep can use 7 mm plastic Omni Tip generator probes. Omni Tips eliminates the hassle of removing and cleaning stainless steel generator probes. With the function of a disposable generator probe, Omni Tips is an ideal solution for nucleic acid extraction applications or applications where reproducibility is important.
