N6/N66 Nylon Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-3.00 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3021-ZJF)

This nylon pleated cartridge is designed for fine particle removal and terminal liquid filtration. It is available with nylon 6 or nylon 66 microporous membrane. The pleated membrane is supported by polypropylene nonwoven fabric or mesh layers. Electrostatic adsorption and microporous retention provide combined removal of colloidal particles and microbial fragments. Nylon 66 offers greater temperature resistance and stability than nylon 6. A nylon belt-supported membrane option can provide more than 30% higher flow than the reinforced nylon membrane. The cartridge is assembled without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. Every element is traceable and undergoes integrity testing before release.
