PP Bag Filter Housing, 1-100 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3017-ZJF)

This polypropylene bag filter is designed for removal of suspended solids and process contaminants from corrosive liquids. The housing is molded from polypropylene to provide chemical resistance and physical stability. Gradient-depth filter bags can capture particles throughout the media thickness rather than only on the surface. The reinforced support basket limits bag collapse under high flow and pressure. O-ring sealing directs the liquid through the filter bag and reduces bypass risk. Top-entry or side-entry configurations simplify bag replacement and routine maintenance. Multiple bag quantities and filtration ratings allow the unit to be matched to different flow requirements. Typical applications include electroplating liquids, chemical circulation water, membrane-system pretreatment, coatings, inks, food liquids, and electronic chemicals.
