Perfinity Integrated Digestion Platform (iDP) automates key steps in the proteomics workflow, including protein digestion, desalting, and reversed-phase chromatography, which significantly reduces sample preparation time and improves repeatability. The automatIC process eliminates the large amount of equipment and labor associated with protein sample preparation for LCMS analysis, thereby minimizing potential sources of error and increasing laboratory productivity. In addition, the Perfinity Trypsin Immobilized Enzyme Reaction (IMER) columns enable the digestion time to be reduced to 1 to 8 minutes.
