SmartPrep™ is a flowing gas degassing device that can remove contaminants adsorbed from the surface and pores of the sample. It includes six sample ports, each with independent temperature control to provide greater flexibility. It includes two serial ports, one for connection to a computer and the other for connection to another SmartPrep. The temperature, heating rate and immersion time of each sample are controlled independently by the computer. All degas information is saved into the sample data file for future reference.
