Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin allows one-step purification of immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies from serum. The resin binds high-abundance, non-IgG proteins (ie, albumin) and allows IgG molecules to pass through physiological buffers. Purified IgG molecules can be stored or used for further downstream applications without further cleanup such as ammonium sulfate precipitation.

Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin purifies IgG in 15 minutes, faster than commonly used protein A and protein G resins. Pearl™ IgG Purification Resins perform as well as or better than Protein A and Protein G resins.

Complete IgG purification kits are also available, in two formats:

Rotary format kit for rapid, small-scale purification of IgG. The kit provides 3ml Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin, IgG Isolation Buffer and 20 spin columns. Suitable for purification of IgG up to 25mg.
A larger format kit provides 25ml Pearl™ IgG Purification Resin and IgG Isolation Buffer, suitable for IgG isolation from ~100ml serum (~200mg IgG).

Can also process up to 96 samples in a 96-well spin plate format.
