Calmodulin Resin is used for affinity purification of calmodulin-binding protein (CBP), including recombinant protein with CBP tag and calmodulin regulatory protein in eukaryotic cells. The resin is 4% agarose coupled to calmodulin with a ligand density of approximately 1 mg calmodulin/ml resin.
Specific binding/washing and elution buffers are also available.
