Description

The ETC811Plus is a PCR thermal cycler designed for repeated temperature cycling in nucleic-acid amplification. It automates denaturation, annealing, and extension steps through semiconductor temperature control. The system is available with 96-well and 384-well aluminum thermal blocks. Rapid heating and cooling support efficient progression through PCR temperature stages. The heated-lid system is used to limit reaction-liquid evaporation during cycling. Gradient PCR functionality supports simultaneous evaluation of multiple annealing temperatures. The platform can be used in molecular-biology workflows involving amplification for research or diagnostic preparation.
