Online Refractometer MSDR-SH90-C, Brix 0.0-90.0% (CAT#: STEM-AL-7022-ZJF)

The MSDR-SH90-C is an online solution concentration analyzer based on refractive measurement. It measures Brix together with refractive index and temperature in an installed process configuration. The sensing arrangement uses immersion measurement so the measurement section can contact the process liquid directly. A sapphire prism forms the optical interface at the measurement point. The wetted housing is made from SUS316L for contact with the monitored liquid. Temperature sensing is built into the unit, with an external temperature sensor available as an alternative configuration. Threaded, flange, and clamp process connections are supported for installation. Analog and RS485 outputs provide interfaces for concentration data transfer. The instrument is configured for continuous process observation across the stated Brix and temperature ranges.
