This product is a 20 mm bi-metal red magnetic crimp top cap for ND20 headspace vials. It is supplied with natural PTFE/white silicone septa and an 8 mm hole. The magnetic cap design supports use with magnetic-lifting autosamplers. The bi-metal structure provides enhanced rigidity compared with aluminum seals. The center opening supports autosampler needle access during headspace analysis. The septa help seal the vial while permitting controlled penetration. The cap is compatible with 6 mL, 10 mL, and 20 mL ND20 crimp top headspace vials. This model is suitable for headspace sample preparation and analysis workflows.
