Autosampler Vial, Cap, and Closure

The injection is an important step in chromatography. As its name suggests, the aim is to inject the sample to be analyzed into the HPLC system. Generally speaking, two injection systems will be available, either a manual injection, or an automatic one. An autosampler, which is short for automatic sampler, is a device used in analytical laboratories to automatically and reproducibly deliver a sample to an analytical instrument in which the sample is to be analyzed. Autosamplers can be used in chemical as well as medical laboratories.
