The ELEGOO Neptune 4 comes with Klipper firmware pre-installed, featuring a quad-core ARM 64-bit processor with a 1.5G main frequency that enhances command processing and execution speed, allowing for remarkable printing speeds of up to 500mm/s for improved efficiency. Its 8G ROM offers sufficient storage for rapid printing.
Moreover, this printer includes advanced capabilities such as input shaping, which minimizes mechanical vibrations in the motion system, thereby reducing artifacts like ringing, rippling, ghosting, or echoing on the surface of printed models. The pressure advance feature modulates material flow in line with printing speed, ensuring consistent nozzle pressure while minimizing filament ooze and blobbing.

Robust Extrusion & Enhanced Hotend
The dual-gear direct extruder has a 5.2:1 reduction ratio and increased gearing force, allowing for uniform filament extrusion and adequate discharge while weighing only 75% of the Neptune 3 Pro.
The copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe incorporates a specialized air duct design that promotes quicker heat dissipation and minimizes the risk of nozzle clogs.
The extended hotend nozzle can endure temperatures up to 300°C, facilitating the complete melting of filament and accommodating the requirements of high-temperature materials such as nylon.

Exceptional Heat Dissipation
Alongside the two robust 4015 ball bearing cooling fans flanking the print head, there are four 4020 ball bearing auxiliary fans positioned behind it, ensuring rapid cooling of newly printed layers from all directions even at high print speeds, allowing the hot filament to bond quickly for improved overhangs and bridging quality.

The ELEGOO Neptune 4 3D printer is designed for quiet and precise printing with its silent drivers for all axes, reducing noise to below 50 dB. Its wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels move quietly, smoothly, and accurately.
The Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual motor design provides better synchronization, increasing the accuracy and stability of the print head movement.
