Moreover, it features input shaping, which reduces artifacts and resonances on printed surfaces, and pressure advance, which forecasts nozzle pressure for more precise and consistent filament extrusion, minimizing oozing and blobbing.
Powerful Extrusion & Enhanced Hotend
One of the standout features of the printer is its dual-gear direct drive extruder, which ensures smooth and reliable extrusion while being 75% lighter than the Neptune 3 Pro. The 5.2:1 reduction ratio and dual-gear setup provide a stronger grip on the filament, preventing slipping or grinding of flexible materials. Additionally, the copper-titanium bi-metal throat pipe features an innovative air duct design that accelerates heat dissipation, reducing the likelihood of nozzle clogs.
With a high-temp nozzle capable of reaching 300°C and an extended hotend design, the Neptune 4 Pro efficiently melts various filament types, including PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and high-temperature options like nylon.
Exceptional Heat Dissipation
The printer is equipped with two enhanced 4015 ball-bearing cooling fans on each side of the print head, along with four 4020 ball-bearing auxiliary fans located behind it. This setup guarantees rapid, all-around cooling of freshly printed layers, even at high speeds, allowing for better results with overhangs and bridges as the hot filament quickly bonds.
Stable & Quiet Printing
The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer is designed for quiet and precise printing with its silent drivers for all axes, reducing noise to below 50 dB. Its wear-resistant POM V-guide wheels move quietly, smoothly, and accurately.
The Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual motor design provides better synchronization, increasing the accuracy and stability of the print head movement.

Intelligent Segmented Heatbed
