The SuPerMax 3100 is a laboratory microplate reader designed for multimode high-throughput plate assays. It supports fluorescence, absorbance, and chemiluminescence detection for quantitative microplate measurements. Optical measurements are controlled through integrated wavelength-selection and detector components appropriate to the configured detection modes. The instrument supports endpoint and analytical workflows and can be used for routine assay development and measurement. Integrated software provides instrument control, data acquisition, curve fitting, and result analysis. Microplate shaking and temperature-controlled incubation are available where specified to support assay preparation and kinetic measurements. Top and bottom fluorescence reading extend the system to a wider range of plate-based fluorescence applications.
