The compact, lightweight MultiGene™ Mini Personal Thermal Cycler has same functions of large thermal cyclers. The combination of excellent accuracy, uniformity and rapid ramping speed provides high-quality results. An algorithm calculates the sample temperature based on the volume to control the heating and cooling of the module. This means that the sample can quickly reach the programmed temperature without overshoot or hysteresis. The powerful Peltier device can provide a heating rate of up to 5°C/sec. Programming MultiGene Mini is easy and intuitive. The control panel combines function keys, keyboard and arrow keys, allowing easy navigation and entering of parameters. The large graphic display is easy for reading.
