Description

The MGD-RP1001-PC is a real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR system designed for nucleic acid amplification and detection. It supports a 0.1 mL 96-well plate format and 0.1 mL eight-strip tubes. The temperature range is 10.0°C to 99.9°C with 0.1°C increments. The system supports short reaction workflows with reaction times as fast as 30 minutes. It is compatible with two-step and three-step PCR methods. The instrument supports fast PCR reagent kits and is suitable for two-step PCR workflows.
