Micro-electronics Insert, Phenom-World BV (CAT#: STEM-LE-0892-LC)

The Micro-electronics Insert is used in conjunction with the metallurgical sample holder. No tools are required to load the sample onto the insert. The microelectronic insert does not use surface contact to fix the sample: the angled clamping fingers ensure that the sample is firmly fixed, and the 16 fingers evenly distribute the clamping force.
