Lifecask RG Single-Use Bioreactor Bag, RG, 2000 L (CAT#: STEM-BC-0105-ZJF)

The Lifecask RG single-use bioreactor bag is designed for upstream bioprocess cell culture applications. It is available in multiple working scales from development to production. The bag uses a split sparger plate design arranged around the stirring coupling component. The design has been tested for use across multiple bag sizes in cell culture processes. The bag uses Lifemeta KA film with low particles, low extractables, no cytotoxicity, and high tensile strength. It can be configured with multiple ports and tubing assemblies for electrode installation, inoculation, sampling, feeding, and harvest. Integrated disposable pressure sensors and spare filter interfaces help reduce overpressure and rupture risks. It is suitable for suspension culture of mammalian and insect cells and adherent culture of selected cell types.
