The NestoSUB is a single-use bioreactor for process research and production in biopharmaceutical and biotechnology applications. It is designed for flexible bioprocess workflows requiring disposable contact surfaces. The system supports both 50 L and 200 L maximum working volume configurations. A large touchscreen interface supports intuitive operation. Integrated gas modules allow control of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and air. Multiple heat mass flow meters and peristaltic pumps support process control. Disposable pH and DO ranges are suited to common cell culture processes. The system supports suspension and adherent cell culture workflows.
