The LC-S-430F is a split-type automatic sulfur analyzer for laboratory determination of total sulfur. It is designed for solid coal, steel, mineral, and related combustible samples. The instrument serves coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemical, building-material, and inspection laboratories. A color LCD touchscreen provides direct access to furnace settings, correction values, and test information. PID control regulates furnace current to maintain accurate temperature and extend silicon carbide tube life. Operators can view furnace temperature, furnace current, indication voltage, elapsed time, and sulfur content during analysis. Automatic electrolysis control prevents excessive electrolysis during instrument startup and shutdown. The system automatically determines the titration endpoint to shorten analysis time. Moisture input supports automatic calculation and printing of dry-basis sulfur results, and historical records can be recalled for review.
