The Convemate quaternary diaphragm pump is designed for fluid transfer in bioprocess applications where low shear and low pulsation are required. It can be configured with reusable or single-use pump heads depending on the process requirement. The diaphragm pumping principle supports gentle transfer of shear-sensitive liquids and biological products. The pump can operate dry, provide low-pulsation flow, and support self-priming operation. It is suitable for research, pilot-scale processing, scale-up, and production when matched to the required flow range. Contact materials are selected for bioprocess compatibility and support CIP and SIP workflows. Smart pump functions can support constant pressure, constant flow, constant pump speed, timed operation, curve display, and alarm logging when appropriate sensors are connected. The pump is suitable for TFF, depth filtration, chromatography, virus filtration, sterilizing filtration, and buffer preparation systems.
