The LC-MF-700 is an advanced intelligent muffle furnace for coal analysis and programmable thermal treatment. It performs slow-ashing, rapid-ashing, volatile-matter, and caking-index test procedures. A 7-inch color touchscreen displays detailed operating information and test progress. The controller supports up to 100 independent user programs. Each program can contain as many as 100 temperature-holding points and holding times. During volatile-matter testing, the furnace is designed to recover to 900 ±10°C within three minutes. An ARM9 controller, auxiliary microcontroller, PID algorithm, and fuzzy-control technology regulate the heating process. Automatic temperature correction and phase-angle control adjust the resistance-wire heating power. The system provides fault descriptions, likely causes, and troubleshooting guidance, while the ceramic-fiber chamber supports rapid and energy-efficient heating.
