The CF-2.5-10LT and CF-2.5-10LTP are ceramic-fiber resistance furnaces for laboratory and industrial heating. They are suitable for elemental analysis, material testing, and heat treatment of small steel or metal components. The welded cold-rolled steel housing provides a durable external structure. A side-opening stainless-steel door offers convenient chamber access and corrosion resistance. Aluminum-silicate ceramic-fiber insulation reduces heat storage, thermal conductivity, and external surface-temperature rise. Resistance wires embedded in the chamber walls support rapid heating and uniform furnace temperature. PID control and an LCD display provide clear monitoring of set and actual temperatures. Opening the furnace door automatically disconnects the heating power for operator protection. The LTP version additionally includes 32-segment programmable temperature control.
