The LC-HEA-36 is a high-speed laboratory homogenizer for processing materials in liquid media. It uses a motor-driven homogenizing head to shear, disperse, and blend samples. The system is suitable for demanding homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, tissue disruption, and cell pulping procedures. It can be used in biopharmaceutical research, gene research, pathological analysis, dairy homogenization, and polymerization experiments. A 1300 W brushless AC motor provides high speed, strong torque, and stable performance under load. Six-step stepless speed regulation allows adjustment from 8000 to 24000 rpm. The 36 mm working head is manufactured from corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel and can be removed for cleaning. Slot-and-screw fixation keeps the working head secure during high-speed operation. Overload protection, double insulation, and a fully sealed circuit board improve operational safety and resistance to dust, water, and vibration.
