KZ-III-F Low-Temperature Tissue Grinder is designed for refrigerated high-throughput grinding of biological samples. A multidirectional oscillation system drives grinding beads through sealed sample tubes. The instrument processes up to 24 samples in approximately 15 seconds and can be configured for up to 60 samples. The documented temperature range is -10 °C to ambient with multiple adapters for 0.5, 2, 5, 10, and 50 mL tubes. A large touchscreen provides access to ten preset tissue-grinding programs. Closed disposable tubes reduce cross-contamination between samples. An emergency stop and electromagnetic lid lock protect access during operation. The documented configuration supports consistent operation within the stated limits. Wet grinding, dry grinding, and refrigerated grinding are supported.
