Description

The temperature-controlled, fully automated Single-Cell Suspension Instrument is a next-generation system that combines metal bath digestion with gentle tissue dissociation to prepare high-quality single-cell suspensions. It is ideally suited for applications such as flow cytometry, single-cell sequencing, and primary cell culture. The system is designed to work with small tissue samples, offering rapid processing, high cell yield, and excellent cell viability.
Engineered in accordance with international DIN standards, the instrument features low-noise operation, intuitive usability, and reliable performance. Its integrated heating function maintains a stable temperature throughout the digestion process to ensure optimal enzymatic activity and consistency.
During operation, samples are mixed with high-density zirconia shearing beads and digestive enzymes. Through controlled thermal digestion and mechanical dissociation, the system generates high-concentration, viable single-cell suspensions. Subsequent steps such as digestion termination, filtration, washing, and optional red blood cell lysis can yield millions to tens of millions of viable cells. For a variety of tissue types, the system consistently achieves cell recovery rates exceeding 90%.
