Description

The Single-Cell Preparation Instrument is a next-generation device that integrates metal bath-based enzymatic digestion with gentle mechanical tissue dissociation to produce high-quality single-cell suspensions. It is ideal for applications such as flow cytometry, single-cell sequencing, and primary cell culture. The system is characterized by minimal starting tissue requirements, short processing time, high cell yield, and excellent cell viability.
Designed according to international DIN standards, the instrument offers low-noise operation, user-friendly controls, and stable performance. The built-in heating function ensures that the sample remains at a constant temperature throughout the digestion process.
By combining samples with high-density zirconia shearing beads and digestive enzymes, the system achieves thorough tissue dissociation and generates high-concentration, viable cell suspensions. Following digestion, steps such as termination, filtration, washing, and—if needed—red blood cell lysis can be performed to obtain millions to tens of millions of viable cells. For most tissue types, a cell recovery rate exceeding 90% can be achieved.
