The HX-SXJ48 is a graphite digester for batch sample digestion workflows. It is suitable for environmental monitoring, food and agricultural product inspection, and consumer product quality-control applications. The instrument supports digestion of water, sludge, soil, food, agricultural, cosmetic, and industrial samples. PID microchip temperature control provides stable heating performance. The integrated wrap-around heating design supports uniform digestion conditions across samples. High-purity graphite heating material with Teflon coating provides acid and alkali resistance. Double-layer heat insulation improves thermal performance and safety. Abnormal heating and over-temperature alarms support safer routine operation.
