The national standard GB11914-89 analysis method standardizes the determination steps of COD (cr) of water quality, and strictly stipulates the heating and digestion time of the method, the acidity of the solution, the amount of oxidant and catalyst and other condition indicators. Obviously, the determination of water quality COD (cr) has strict conditions and regulations, and the operation in violation of the conditions and regulations will affect the accuracy of the determination.
HCA-112B constant temperature digester adopts domestic advanced embedded black crystal heating glass as the assembly part of its heating system, so as to achieve real acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance. Black crystal heating glass has the advantages of fast heating up, high utilization rate of heat energy, balanced heating of each area on the surface, and fast cooling speed after heating stops. The HCA-112B standard COD digester uses glass burr return pipes instead of spherical return pipes, and uses air-cooling technology to replace tap water return cooling, and uses still water to assist cooling at the end of the condensation pipe. It can not only save water, but also standardize the instrument, and also improve the safety of the instrument. HCA-112B standard COD digester adopts microcomputer technology to carry out timing control heating electric furnace, which can heat eight 250ML conical digestion and reflux devices at the same time. HCA-112B standard COD digester follows the basic principles of international standards (ISO) and national standards (GB11914-89), ensuring the digestion operation of reflux heating and slight boiling for 2 hours. The preparation and addition of the reagent solution are consistent with the national standard method to ensure reliable JQ analysis results.
The chemical solution preparation, operation and COD calculation of the instrument fully comply with GB11914-89. For COD water samples lower than 50mg/L, the JQ degree can be increased by diluting the titrant and oxidant, and for COD water samples higher than 700mg/L, the measurement can be completed by proportional dilution of the water samples.
