Semimicro columns can reduce analysis time and solvent consumption compared with conventional 30 cm columns. A low-volume vacuum degassing chamber supports rapid solvent replacement and shortened startup. Dedicated workstation software controls the instrument, acquires data, and manages analysis with data-integrity functions.
