His 60 Ni Superflow, the highest capacity resin to date, offers high purity and is now available in prefilled 1ml and 5ml cartridges for purification of labeled proteins on any LC system, such as ÄKTA or FPLC, or using syringe for manual purification. The resin allows for fast, simple, reproducible chromatographic separations and can be regenerated for multiple uses.

Principles of Protein Purification

His60 Ni Protein Purification Resin is based on modified Ni-IDA resin, and it has a remarkable selectivity and reliability. This technology allows one-step purification of virtually any His-tagged protein from any expression system under native or denaturing conditions. His60 Ni superfluid purification resin has low nickel ion leakage and by far the highest binding capacity (better than Ni-NTA and other resins).

His-tagged protein purification procedure

Purification of recombinant His-tagged proteins involves four steps: cell lysis/extraction, binding, washing, and elution. His60 Nickel allows one-step protein purification under native or denaturing conditions. The resin is compatible with a wide range of denaturants and detergents. See user manual for complete list of reagent compatibility. Purified recombinant His-tagged proteins can be eluted by adding 300 mM imidazole or lowering the pH. To protect your his-tagged protein from degradation, it is recommended to use a protease inhibitor (ProteoGuard) during purification.
