CANTUS SCREEN is a benchtop high-throughput liquid handling system for automated microplate processing. The platform uses modular deck layouts and interchangeable pipetting configurations to support different assay workflows. Air-displacement pipetting covers low-volume through milliliter-scale liquid handling without a system-liquid circuit. The pipetting architecture supports full-plate and selected row, column, or channel operations according to the configured head. A rotating gripper provides plate-transfer capability and supports integration with external laboratory equipment. Optional magnetic, shaking, and temperature-control modules can be integrated onto the deck. The control software supports creation, editing, and execution of automated methods through a graphical interface. The system is intended for workflows that require configurable high-throughput pipetting, plate movement, and modular automation.
