TWINKLE is a high-throughput fluorescence quantitation platform for nucleic acid and protein measurements. The system uses digital fluorescence detection to measure low-concentration samples in microplate or strip-tube formats according to the selected configuration. Compact and general-purpose models provide either twenty-four-sample or ninety-six-sample throughput. Bottom-read fluorescence is used with defined excitation and emission filter sets for supported assays. The platform supports small sample volumes while covering a wide concentration range across multiple orders of magnitude. Automated data acquisition and report export reduce the need for manual transcription during routine quantitation. Stored run files and complete result records support retrieval and traceability of previous measurements. The instrument can be used independently or integrated into automated sample-processing workflows.
