The VaryScreen ADME-Tox System is manufactured by Hudson Robotics, Inc. The system is controlled by Hudson's softlinx scheduling software, and provides a sample protocol for each included ADME / Tox method. It is designed to provide a rapid and accurate ADME map and toxicological characteristics of drug molecules. The basic system includes everything needed to support biochemical analysis to measure the physicochemical properties of drug molecules, such as solubility, lipophilicity, PKA and protein binding, as well as the permeability analysis of Pampa and Caco2. It can also measure the drug's affinity for key toxicological indicators, such as HEG and various CYP metabolizing enzymes.
