GPFBP Oleophobic Hydrophobic PTFE Gas Sterilizing Filter (CAT#: STEM-BC-0034-ZJF)

GPFBP is a hydrophobic and oleophobic PTFE gas sterilizing filter designed for sterile gas filtration under dry or humid conditions. The PTFE membrane is further treated to provide strong hydrophobicity for reliable gas filtration. It is suitable for sterile inlet and exhaust filtration of fermentation tanks, storage tanks, mixing tanks, sterile packaging gas, compressed air, nitrogen, and corrosive gases. The filter provides high throughput and low pressure drop. A reinforced temperature-resistant polypropylene center core supports improved thermal and pressure performance. The product supports repeated online steam sterilization and high-pressure steam sterilization. Each filter is integrity tested before shipment and can be tested during use. It provides bacterial challenge retention and aerosol phage retention performance.
