G-Sep™ CM Sepharose Fast Flow (FF) Resin is a weak cation exchanger consisting of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads with carboxymethyl (CM) weak cation exchange groups. G-Sep™ CM Sepharose Fast Flow (FF) Resin has high chemical stability, allows for well-validated cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitization protocols, and has become the industry standard for ion-exchange chromatography in recent decades.
