Explosion-Proof Online Refractometer MSDR-SH90-FB, Brix 0.0-90.0% (CAT#: STEM-AL-7028-ZJF)

The MSDR-SH90-FB is an intrinsically safe explosion-protected liquid concentration sensor. It is intended for online measurement where the process environment requires an explosion-protected sensing configuration. The sensing section measures Brix, refractive index, and temperature in contact with the process liquid. A sapphire prism forms the optical measurement interface. The wetted housing is made from SUS316L for process contact. Temperature sensing is built into the device, with an external sensor available as an alternative. Threaded, flange, and clamp connections provide several installation formats. RS485 and analog outputs allow concentration data to be passed to external process equipment. The configuration combines broad-range online refractive measurement with an explosion-protected sensor format.
