The MSDR-MD800-1 is an online refractometer with an integrated measurement and cleaning configuration. Its sensing section is designed to remain installed in a tank or process line while concentration is monitored. A replaceable brush is incorporated into the cleaning arrangement for maintaining the measurement surface. The product is suitable for tank installation and for placement on a main pipeline. Brix, refractive index, and temperature are measured within the same sensor configuration. Immersion measurement provides direct contact between the sensing section and the process liquid. Threaded, flange, and clamp connections allow the unit to be adapted to different installation interfaces. Analog and RS485 outputs provide signal paths for process monitoring equipment. The combined measurement and cleaning structure is intended to reduce manual intervention around the optical sensing area.
