Eppendorf Mastercycler Nexus Gradient Thermal Cycler, Aluminum, model Mastercycler Nexus Gradient, is manufactured by Eppendorf. The Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus gradient is a gradient thermal cycler supporting over 12 columns. The nexus gradient has a gradient range of 4-99°C with an aluminum thermal block and 96x 0.2 ml PCR tubes or 77x 0.5 ml PCR tubes or 1x 96 well PCR plate capacity. With a 1-20°C temperature control range and a gradient temperature range of 30-99°C. The Mastercycler nexus gradient is a fast, safe gradient thermal cycler.
The Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus gradient uses peltier elements and triple circuit technology to heat the lid to a range of 37-110°C. The lid also features Eppendorf flex lid technology for ergonomic lid opening. Block homogeneity ranges from 20-72°C < ±0.3°C, 95°C < ±0.4°C with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.2°C.
The Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus thermal cycler has an approximate heating rate of 3°C per second and a cooling rate of 2°C and features USB, Ethernet and CAN in/out interfaces. All Eppendorf nexus thermal cyclers feature low power consumption using only 700W during operation. Control up to three cyclers using either a nexus or nexus gradient as the control cycler, controlling up to two nexus eco cyclers.
The Eppendorf Mastercycler ® Nexus thermal cycler is a reliable easy to use thermal cycler range with low energy consumption and is ideally suited for daily and routine PCR operation. The Eppendorf Mastercycler can be easily expanded to 3 small units each with small footprints and are designed to fit perfectly onto any lab bench.
Eppendorf Mastercyler ® thermal cyclers feature flexlid. Flexlid accommodates all types of consumable from low volume all the way through to 0.5 ml PCR tubes.
