The Eppendorf Mastercycler nexus plate thermal cycler is a non-gradient thermal cycler with an aluminum thermoblock and 4 slides or equivalent capacity. With a temperature control range of 4-99°C, the Mastercycler nexus flats thermal cycler is a fast and safe thermal cycler.

The epppendorf Mastercyler nexus plate thermal cycler models use up to 4 glass slides or equivalent instead of tubes to store sample volume.

The epppendorf Mastercycler nexus flat uses Peltier elements and triple circuit technology, heating the lid to 37-110°C. The lid also features Eppendorf flexible lid technology for an ergonomic lid opening. Block homogeneity ranges from 20-72°C < ±0.3°C, 95°C < ±0.4°C with an accuracy of ≤ ±0.2°C.

The epppendorf Mastercycler nexus plate thermal cycler has a heating rate of approximately 3°C and a cooling rate of 2°C per second and has USB, Ethernet and CAN input/output interfaces. All Eppendorf nexus thermal cyclers have low power consumption, using only 700W during operation. Control up to three circulators using the Link or Link Gradient as a control circulator, and control up to two Link Eco circulators. The epppendorf Mastercycler® Nexus Thermal Cycler is a reliable, easy-to-use thermal cycler with low energy consumption, ideal for everyday and routine PCR operations. The Eppendorf Mastercycler can be easily expanded to 3 small units, each with a small footprint, and is designed to fit on any laboratory bench. Eppendorf Mastercycler® thermal cyclers have flexible lids. Flexlid accommodates all types of consumables, from low volume all the way to 0.5 ml PCR tubes.
