Electrically Heated Storage-Tank Vent Filter, 5-10 in (CAT#: STEM-BC-2976-ZJF)

This electrically heated vent filter is designed for storage tanks and hygienic process vessels. It consists of a stainless steel vent housing, insulated heating jacket, and temperature-control enclosure. Controlled heating helps prevent condensation from accumulating around the filter cartridge. Reducing retained moisture also limits conditions that support microbial growth. The double-layer structure and porous insulation reduce heat loss and keep the exterior surface near ambient temperature. Segmented heater power helps control temperature differences between the upper and lower cartridge sections. An overtemperature breaker interrupts heating if abnormal conditions raise the temperature above 140°C. The system is suitable for purified-water tanks, water-for-injection tanks, preparation vessels, and filter-cartridge drying.
