Dual-Channel Hydride Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometer AF-7550, 12 Elements (CAT#: STEM-AL-9632-ZJF)

Highlights

Dual-Channel Fluorescence Detection

Automated Sample Dilution

Single-Point Curve Preparation

Cat Number: STEM-AL-9632-ZJF

Application: for trace analysis of hydride-forming and related elements

Model: AF-7550

Description

The AF-7550 is a dual-channel hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometer for trace elemental analysis. The source lists As, Sb, Pb, Bi, Te, Sn, Se, Hg, Cd, Zn, Ge, and Au among the supported elements. A six-port injection valve is combined with a variable-volume quantitative tube for automated sample introduction. The system can prepare a calibration curve from a single standard point and automatically dilute overloaded samples. The listed calibration linear-correlation coefficient is at least 0.999. A two-stage gas-liquid separation arrangement is used to improve separation before fluorescence measurement. Mass-flow control provides continuously adjustable carrier-gas and shielding-gas flow. The instrument is intended to automate trace-element fluorescence workflows while reducing manual dilution and gas-flow adjustments.
